These Terms & Conditions govern your use of EduSim (the “Service”). By creating an account or using EduSim in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

EduSim is an online learning platform designed for home-educating families, small schools and co-ops. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean EduSim. References to “you” or “your” mean the adult account holder using EduSim and any organisation or children you are responsible for.

1. Who we are

EduSim is an online learning platform operated by Little Games Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Little Games Limited trading as EduSim.

Our registered office address is: Little Games Limited, Brookhouse, Stafford, ST18 9AG, United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@edusim.co.uk.

2. Our Service

EduSim provides structured learning journeys, question sets, child accounts, progress tracking and marking tools (the “Service”). The Service is designed to support learning and does not replace your legal responsibilities as a parent, carer, tutor or school.

The Service is provided for educational use only. We do not provide formal qualifications or guarantees of exam outcomes.

3. Eligibility & accounts

  • Adult accounts may only be created by individuals aged 18 or over.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your details up to date.
  • Child access is always created and supervised by an adult account holder (for example a parent or teacher). Children must not create their own adult accounts.
  • You are responsible for any activity carried out through your account and your group(s).

4. Groups & roles

EduSim allows adults to create or join groups (for example families, co-ops or school classes). Group owners (“OWNERS”) can invite other adults, manage roles and add child logins.

  • OWNERS are responsible for who they invite, the appropriateness of content and supervision of any children added to the group.
  • Other adult roles (such as PARENT, TEACHER or ADMIN) are granted permissions by the OWNER and must only use those permissions for legitimate educational purposes.
  • You must not add people to a group without their consent or access a group you are not authorised to use.

5. Use of EduSim (acceptable use)

You agree that you will:

  • Keep login credentials (including child PINs) secure and private.
  • Supervise all child use of EduSim appropriately.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • Respect other users and not harass, bully or abuse anyone.

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell or publicly share EduSim content outside your family, school or group without written permission.
  • Attempt to bypass security, access other users’ accounts or interfere with the proper working of the Service.
  • Upload or share illegal, defamatory, discriminatory or harmful content.

6. Intellectual property & licence

All EduSim journeys, questions, text, branding, design, code and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your household, school or group while your account remains active and you comply with these Terms. This licence does not allow you to resell or commercially exploit the Service or its content.

7. Payments, subscriptions & trials

Some parts of EduSim are available on a paid subscription basis (for example family or additional child plans). Prices and what is included are shown clearly before you subscribe.

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example monthly or annually), unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • We may offer free trials or introductory offers. If you continue to use a paid plan after the trial ends, you will be charged at the standard rate unless you cancel beforehand.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (currently Paddle). Your purchase may therefore be subject to Paddle's own terms and privacy policy as well as these Terms.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are current and that you manage cancellations in good time.

Our refund rules are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Service changes & availability

We aim to provide a stable and reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that EduSim will always be available or free from errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, for example to add new features or maintain security.

We will try to give reasonable notice of major changes where practical, but some updates may need to be made immediately for security or technical reasons.

9. Privacy & data protection

We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using EduSim, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with that policy.

When you add children or other adults to a group, you confirm that you have the appropriate authority to provide their details and that they understand how their data will be used where applicable.

We may suspend or close your account, or remove content, if we reasonably believe that:

  • You have seriously or repeatedly breached these Terms.
  • Your use of the Service poses a security or safeguarding risk.
  • We are required to do so by law or regulatory request.

You may stop using EduSim at any time. Ending use of the Service does not automatically entitle you to a refund (see our Refund Policy).

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

EduSim is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the Service will meet every specific requirement, be error-free, or guarantee any educational or exam outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of data, income, business or profit.
  • Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
  • Issues caused by your internet connection, devices, supervision decisions or misuse of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of EduSim will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
