Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through EduSim. Payments for EduSim subscriptions are processed securely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, receipts, tax calculations and refunds on our behalf.

1. Cooling-off refunds (14 days)

If you have purchased a subscription, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. This applies regardless of usage during that period.

2. Renewals and ongoing subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Refunds for renewal payments may be provided at Paddle’s discretion if the request is made promptly and the service has not been materially used after the renewal date.

3. Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you believe you have been charged in error (for example a duplicate payment), please contact us or Paddle and we will ensure the issue is corrected promptly.
